Petter was born in Sweden and from a young age moved across the world, learning from new places and cultures at every opportunity.
Petter is a co-founder and Managing Partner of PX3 Partners. He is devoted to working with and learning from entrepreneurs and business leaders, contributing to the acceleration and success of both great companies and driven individuals, and spending time with partners dedicated to making a difference.
Petter started his career with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, and has over two decades of private equity experience, primarily across Europe and North America, and also in China.
Petter received an MSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics, completing four years of study in two years, and an MBA with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School. He also served as a platoon leader in the Royal Swedish Navy and has co-founded several companies.
Petter is a member of the board of directors of Cleanova, Com Laude, and BV Tech. He loves open-fire barbequing and the outdoors, is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, and lives in London with his family.
Gianpiero grew up in the south of Italy, where he was exposed to life in all its vibrancy. At an early age, volleyball became a passion. His dedication, focus, and commitment to his team and teammates provided the valuable lesson that success and the journey to achieving it are both part of the reward.
Gianpiero is a co-founder and Managing Partner of PX3 Partners. He was inspired to found PX3 by the desire to continue to work with the partners he built almost two decades of success with and to create a business capable of attracting individuals of diverse backgrounds, with shared core values, driven by the passion to contribute to PX3’s success.
Gianpiero started his professional career as a mechanical engineer working on research projects for the U.S. Air Force and NASA. Following a short stint as an investment banker at Citigroup in New York, he has spent over two decades in private equity across Europe and North America.
Gianpiero received a Laurea in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin with honours.
Gianpiero is a member of the board of directors of Cofimco, Com Laude, and BV Tech. He is an active seed investor in businesses with digital and sustainability attributes, loves piano, is a former professional volleyball player, and lives in London with his family.
Sébastien grew up in Provence in France and inherited his last name from his Italian origins. At an early age, he moved to Paris to study, and to New York for his first job. He has always been open to learning from new cultures, with method and empathy, in order to better understand the world in all its forms.
Sébastien is a co-founder and Managing Partner of PX3. He shares with his long-standing partners the entrepreneurial vision and desire to build an institution that seeks to elevate purpose and passion within companies and individuals to deliver superior and sustainable performance at both a financial and human level.
Sébastien started his career within the mergers and acquisitions department of Lazard in New York. He has two decades of private equity experience, primarily in Europe and the United States, and also in Japan.
Sébastien graduated from HEC Paris with a Master X-HEC Entrepreneurs and also received a BA in Philosophy from La Sorbonne Paris IV.
Sébastien is a member of the board of directors of Cleanova and Cofimco. He finds inspiration and fulfilment in the arts and is involved in various philanthropic and art organisations. Sébastien is a trustee of the Royal Academy Trust and lives in London with his family.
Ludovic was born and raised in the French countryside before moving to Paris to pursue his studies and then to London, where he began his career.
Ludovic is a Principal at PX3 Partners. He enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to help them build meaningful and purposeful companies.
Before joining PX3, Ludovic began his career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in London. He then spent six years with transatlantic private equity firms and later returned to France, where he spent three years leading a roll-up venture.
Ludovic graduated from Paris Dauphine University and holds an MSc in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering.
Ludovic loves riding up a mountain pass or hiking in the high country, and lives in London.
Éléonore was born and raised in Belgium in a multicultural family and has lived, studied, and worked across the globe.
Éléonore is a Principal at PX3 Partners. She is passionate about working alongside entrepreneurs and management teams to support and grow their businesses.
Before joining PX3, Éléonore started her career in the hospitality industry, before spending a few years in the mergers and acquisitions department at Lazard in London. She also worked at European private equity firm Bluegem.
Éléonore graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and received an MSc in Finance from IE.
Éléonore is a member of the board of directors of Cleanova and Cofimco. She loves to hike, cook, and travel whenever possible, and lives in London with her husband.
Filippo was born and raised in Umbria, in the heart of Italy, prior to moving to the United Kingdom to complete his studies.

Before joining PX3, Filippo spent two years as an investment banking Analyst within the EMEA industrials team at Citigroup in London, working across a variety of sub-sectors including business services, industrial technology, and mobility.
Filippo received a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge.
Filippo loves nature, art, and travelling, and lives in London.
Kathryn was born and raised in New Zealand and developed an early interest in exploring the wider world. This ultimately led her to relocate to the United Kingdom, which she now uses as a base for pursuing her passion for travel.
Kathryn is a Fund Controller at PX3. She is committed to upholding the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in fund reporting and values collaborative approaches to driving process improvements.
Before joining PX3, Kathryn spent more than a decade in a broad range of accounting roles for both government and private-sector organisations. Most recently, she worked in operations for the secondary private equity team at Tyrus Capital.
Kathryn received a BCA in Accounting and an LLB from Victoria University of Wellington. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of CAANZ.
Kathryn enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time outdoors, and lives in London.
Sophie was born and raised in the North West of England, growing up in the countryside. She has spent her life gradually moving south, although she maintains that the North has better scenery.
Sophie is an Investor Relations Officer at PX3 Partners. She is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with investors and communicating the firm’s purpose and performance with clarity and conviction.
Before joining PX3, Sophie started her career as an Analyst within the Asset and Wealth Management division at JPMorgan Chase in London before working for placement agent Acanthus Capital and in investor relations at European private equity firm Tenzing.
Sophie received a BSc in Politics with International Relations from the University of Bath.

Wyatt grew up splitting time between Vermont and Colorado in the U.S., before attending an international boarding school in southwest Germany.

Before joining PX3, Wyatt spent two years as an investment banking Analyst within the global mergers and acquisition team at Barclays in New York, working across a variety of sectors, including industrials, natural resources, and technology.

Dan grew up in London and has travelled extensively and learned much from interacting with people all over the globe, both professionally and personally.
Dan is a Tax and Structuring Officer at PX3 Partners. He is passionate about helping small businesses grow, at both the commercial and human level.
Before joining PX3, Dan spent over two decades in international tax advisory. He was a founder of an international tax advisory business, which was eventually acquired by Hg Capital. Following the sale of his business, in addition to his work at PX3 Partners, Dan supports a small number of businesses and families as an advisor, director, or investor.
Dan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Dan and his wife run a contemporary art dealership in West London, and they spend much of their time with their three children at their rural home, producing organic apple juice.
Kirsty was born on the South Coast of England, growing up by the beach, and at a young age developed a sense of adventure which made her determined to work and travel further from home.
Kirsty is the Chief Financial Officer at PX3 Partners. She is passionate about driving operational excellence and fostering sustainable growth within the firm.
Before joining PX3, Kirsty started her career qualifying as a chartered accountant with EY in the Channel Islands before moving to PwC in New York and ultimately settling in London. She has over two decades of experience within the private equity industry, holding finance roles at Morgan Grenfell, Actis, and Kings Park Capital.
Kirsty received a BA in Accountancy from Nottingham Trent University.
Kirsty’s adventurous spirit is reflected through her history as a professional wing walker. Now, her passion lies in golf, especially in encouraging more women to take up the sport. She lives in Surrey with her family.
Lauren was born in London to a large, bustling family. From a young age, she travelled around the world on exciting far-flung family holidays, leading to her lifelong love of travel and exploration.

Before joining PX3, Lauren held various office management and senior executive assistant roles, supporting founders and business leaders at firms, including Jupiter Asset Management and Mediobanca S.p.A. She also qualified as a Client Advisor, working closely with independent financial advisers to support the management of client investment portfolios.

David was born and raised in the Northeastern United States, where he built the foundations of his career before moving to the West Coast.
David is a Connected Acceleration™ Officer at PX3, where he supports the firm and its portfolio companies in developing growth strategies and optimising processes, with a particular focus on the US operations of PX3’s portfolio companies. He is passionate about doing meaningful work with good people and believes that cultures where performance and character are inseparable form the bedrock of lasting results.
Before joining PX3, David began his career as an attorney in private practice, advising on commercial matters. He then moved in-house to Zodiac Pool Systems, a private equity-backed company that later merged with Fluidra. Over ten years, his responsibilities expanded beyond legal to include corporate development and human resources, and he ultimately served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Administrative Officer. Most recently, David served as President and General Counsel of a venture capital-backed technology company.
David received a BS in Business Administration and a JD from Duquesne University.
David enjoys alpine skiing, golf, and running, and lives in San Diego with his family.
Mikaela was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, where in her early years she worked in theatre, politics, and research. These experiences taught her the value of communication, persuasion, and problem-solving. Mikaela later moved to London to pursue a career in the investment industry.
Mikaela is a Sustainability Officer at PX3 Partners, supporting the firm and its portfolio companies in embedding sustainability into their strategies.
Before joining PX3, Mikaela worked in private equity for over a decade. She served as Director of Communications & ESG at IK Partners and Head of Marketing at MMC Ventures. Alongside her work at PX3 Partners, Mikaela is pursuing a PhD at Bayes Business School, University of London.

Before joining PX3, Rudy began his career with Deloitte in South Africa, qualifying as a chartered accountant. His work took him to San Francisco, Chicago, and Sydney before Rudy settled in London, where he transitioned to industry. With over 20 years of financial, strategic, and operational expertise, Rudy has held senior roles at Fortress, Mapeley, and Just Eat. He also co-founded and operated his own restaurant venture, combining his business acumen with his passion for hospitality.
Rudy received a BCom and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.

Over his career, Chris has led multiple acquisitions and integrations and executed four successful exits.

He subsequently served as CEO of CPA Global and later Innovation Group, transforming the latter into a European insurance technology leader.
Tim was educated at Millfield and Durham University, where he graduated in Economic History.
Tim is a Governor at Millfield School and a Patron of the Goodwood Arts Foundation. He lives in Hampshire with his family, where he makes wine.
Joe was born and raised on the east coast of the United States. A strong emphasis on education shaped his early interests in business and engineering.

Joe is a senior operations leader with decades of experience building and leading global manufacturing organisations. He began his career as an engineer. Joe spent nearly 15 years in senior operations roles at Black & Decker, driving productivity improvements, leading global footprint initiatives, and managing Asia operations. He later served for 12 years as Executive Vice President of Operations at Zodiac/Fluidra, where Joe led a global manufacturing and sourcing transformation.
Joe received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland.

Massimiliano is a senior executive and investor with more than three decades of international leadership experience across multinational, family-owned, and private-equity-backed organisations, including as CEO of Vertu and of Illycaffè. His work has focused on strategy execution, digital and marketing transformation, retail and route-to-market development, and the integration of sustainability into long-term value creation.
Massimiliano received a Laurea in Economics from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has completed post-university education in corporate governance, digital innovation, leadership, and strategy.

Amrit is the founder and CEO of SaxeCap, an AI transformation and private equity investment firm. The firm invests in traditional businesses and transforms them through AI and automation. Before founding SaxeCap, Amrit built two AI companies, Fancy That, which he sold to Palantir, and Stella, which he sold to private equity.
Amrit received a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Björn began his career in consulting and product development at Ericsson, Procter & Gamble, and Arthur D. Little. He founded MentorMate, growing it from a bootstrapped startup into a global software firm. He then co-founded Rosetic (formerly Byggr), a San Francisco–based AI company, and serves as CEO.
Björn received a MSc in Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Economics and wrote a master’s thesis in Industrial Economics at Chalmers University of Technology.

He has served on numerous boards, including Almatis, Arizona Chemical, Chelsea Stores, GardaWorld, Global Knowledge, Marco Polo (Unieuro) and Wellbore Integrity Solutions.
Petter received a MSc in economics and business from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School. He served as a platoon leader in the Royal Swedish Navy and co-founded several startups. Petter lives in London with his family.
Kirsty was born on the South coast of England growing up by the beach, and at a young age developed a sense of adventure which made her determined to work and travel further from home.

Kirsty started her career qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY in the Channel Islands before moving to PwC in New York, and ultimately settling in London. She has over two decades of experience within the private equity industry, holding finance roles at Morgan Grenfell, Actis and Kings Park Capital.
Kirsty loves adventure and has only recently retired as a professional wing-walker. Kirsty lives in Surrey with her family.
Gianpiero grew up in the South of Italy where he was exposed to life in all its vibrancy. At an early age volleyball became a passion. His dedication, focus and commitment to his team and teammates provided the valuable lesson that success and the journey to achieving it are both part of the reward.
Gianpiero is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Px3 Partners. He was inspired to found Px3 by the desire to continue to work with the partners he built almost two decades of success with, and to create a business capable of attracting individuals of a diverse background, with shared core values, driven by the passion to contribute to Px3’s success.
Gianpiero started his professional career as a mechanical engineer and, following a short stint as an investment banker at Citigroup in New York, he spent almost two decades in private equity across Europe and North America. In a previous role Gianpiero served on numerous boards including Arizona Chemical, CSM Bakery Solutions, Illycaffè, Maxam, Unieuro (BIT:UNIR), and UTEX.
Gianpiero received a Laurea in mechanical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin with honours working on research projects for the US Air Force and NASA. Gianpiero is an active seed investor in businesses with digital and sustainability attributes, loves piano and is a former professional volleyball player. He now lives in London with his family.
Sébastien grew up in Provence and inherited his last name from his Italian origins. At an early age, he moved to Paris to study, and to New York for his first job. He has always been open to learning from new cultures, with method and empathy, in order to better understand the world in all its forms.
Sébastien is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Px3. He shares with his long standing partners the entrepreneurial vision and desire to build an institution that seeks to elevate purpose and passion within companies and individuals to deliver superior and sustainable performance at both a financial and human level.
Sébastien started his professional career within the mergers and acquisitions department of Lazard in New York. He has almost two decades of private equity experience, primarily in Europe, in the United States, and also in Japan. He has served on numerous boards and monitored investments, including Fluidra (BME:FDR), Vista Global, Ranpak (NYSE:PACK), Eden Springs and Arizona Chemical.
Sébastien graduated from HEC Paris with a Master X-HEC Entrepreneurs, and also obtained a BA in philosophy from La Sorbonne Paris IV. He is involved in various philanthropic and art organisations, and now lives in London with his family.
Eléonore was born and raised in central Brussels in a multicultural family and has studied, lived and worked across the globe.
Eléonore is a Vice President at Px3 Partners and is passionate about working alongside entrepreneurs and management teams to support and grow their businesses.
After a brief stint in the hospitality industry, Eléonore spent a few years in the M&A practice of Lazard London. She then joined a European Private Equity fund where she harnessed her interest in building impactful businesses.
Eléonore graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and received a MSc in Finance from IE. Eléonore now lives in central London with her husband. She loves to hike, cook and travel whenever possible.
